What leasing options are available?

Our standard leasing option is 12 months. Other terms are subject to approval.

What are your application requirements?

We require your gross income to be 3 times the rent and a credit score of 600 or better.

How much is the security deposit?

Our security deposit options are $150, $250, and $350.

How much of the security deposit is refundable?

All of it is refundable.

Is there an application fee?

We require a $60 application fee per adult.

Are there qualifications for applying?

We look at your credit history, criminal history, and eviction background.

Can I apply online?

Yes

What fees/deposits are due upon moving-in.

All deposits, fees, and pro-rated rents are due before moving in.

Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?

Rent is due on the first of the month.

How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?

We accept online payments through our resident portal or a Moneygram.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?

We provide a 3-day grace period. A late fee of 10% of the rent amount is charged to your account on the 4th of each month if the rent has not been paid.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, we require liability insurance at $100,000.

Are utilities included?

No

What costs are not included in the rent?

The valet trash fee, trash fee, package room fee, and pest control fee are no included in the rent.

Are the apartments furnished?

No

What are the occupancy limits?

We only permit 2 persons per bedroom.

Do you have items I can rent?

We provide garages, carports, and office spaces for rent.

Are corporate rentals available?

No

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

We require an early termination fee that is equal to double the rent amount.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily

What property amenities are included?

We include access to our clubhouse, pool, pet spa, dog park, bike storage, grills, and fire pits.

Do you have free internet?

Yes, in the clubhouse.

What internet service options are available?

AT&T, Verizon, and Spectrum are available.

How do I get my packages?

You can receive packages in our package room.

Are there restrictions for what can be put on balconies or patios?

We allow outdoor furniture and decor only.

I have a noise complaint. Who do I contact?

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not allowed in our community.

I need emergency maintenance. Who do I call?

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

Vecina is a pet-friendly community with a max of two pets per home with a nonrefundable fee of $300 for 1 pet and $300 for an additional pet. The monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Weight Limit of 100 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pitbull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Akita, Wolf-dog Hybrid, Great Danes, St. Bernards, and any mixes of the breeds. Other pets that are restricted: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, and Rodents.

What is the parking situation?

We allow 1 vehicle per licensed leaseholder.

Is there a fee or permit required for parking?

We require that each vehicle is registered and has a free digital pass.

Is parking assigned?

No

What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot?

Call Courtesy after hours or the office during business hours.

What is the policy for guest parking?

Guests can park in the guest lot and will be charged a $5 fee for parking after 10:00 p.m. 

Are there building quiet hours?

Building quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?

We require permission for anything larger than a nail hole in the walls and for any color changes on the walls.

Can residents put personal grills on their balconies?

No

What is the procedure for moving out?

We require a 60-day notice in writing, the unit back to the way you found it, and receipts turned in for professional cleaning services if applicable.

Do apartments have dishwashers?

Yes

What brand are the kitchen appliances?

We provide GE appliances.

Does the apartment come with a microwave?
